Master of Science in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) In:
• Medical microbiology option
• Medical Immunology Option
• Medical Parasitology Option
• Clinical Hematology& Blood Transfusion Science Option
• Clinical Chemistry Option
• Clinical Histocytopathology option

• A holder of at least a Second Class (Upper Division) honors, Bachelor’s degree of TU-K (E.g Bachelor of Science in medical Laboratory Science, Bachelor of Philosophy in Medical Laboratory Technology) or equivalent from another university recognized by the Senate.
• A holder of a Second Class (Lower Division) honors Bachelor’s degree of TU-K, or equivalent from another university recognized by Senate with at least two (2) years of relevant experience.
• A holder of a Pass Bachelor’s degree and postgraduate diploma or equivalent from TU-K or another university recognized by Senate;

Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences

KCSE Mean C+ with C+ English, Kiswahili, Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics

8 Semesters

Bachelor of Technology in Medical Laboratory Sciences

A holder of Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences of TUK or Equivalent qualifications.

5 Semesters

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences

KCSE Mean C with C in English or Kiswahili, Biology or Chemistry, Mathematics or Physics.
